“Tamzid was excellent to work with. He was highly accountable, committed to delivering quality work, and communicated clearly throughout the project. He understood the requirements well, handled the work professionally, and delivered as expected. I appreciate his dedication and would definitely recommend him to other clients. I’d be happy to work with him again in the future.”
Where it started
Machine shops no longer Googled where to sell carbide scrap; they asked ChatGPT. The AI answers named the big national recyclers again and again, while Carbide Kings, a specialist in this niche, was hardly mentioned.
The strategy
- Mapped the promptsTracked 20 real buyer prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI. 85% of them carry commercial intent.
- Answer-first contentEvery piece opens with a direct, complete answer, followed by real-question FAQ blocks and entity-rich language.
- Presence beyond one siteA monthly program across the website, Medium and Blogger, with the same entity and positioning everywhere.
- Built month by monthMonth one covered the foundations (the material, recycling, pricing, shipping) and each month builds on it.
What changed
In August 2026 Carbide Kings was named in 47% of AI responses for its tracked topics. By October 2026 that reached 74% (up 7 points in the last 30 days): 80% on ChatGPT, 78% on Google’s AI and 65% on Gemini. It ranks first among 232 brands tracked for “tungsten carbide scrap” (69% visibility) and “tungsten carbide recycling” (62%, twice the nearest competitor). Share of voice grew from about 7% to 15%, and sentiment is positive on every platform (84–97%). On Google itself, a September 2026 check of 44 searches found the brand cited inside Google’s AI Overview for 19 of them, including “We Buy Scrap Carbide in Charlotte NC” and “Tungsten Buyers North Carolina”.
